Short version: I use it to build the report or site you asked for, to talk to you about it, and — if you use the app — to run your numbers. Nothing else. I am one person running a pizzeria, not an ad network.
The free report form on the front page collects your restaurant’s name, your city, your email, and, if you give it, a link to your menu or website. If you scanned a postcard, the page also passes along a short code identifying which card you scanned. There is a hidden anti-spam field you never see. That is all of it. It is stored by Netlify, who host this site, and passed to my own server to build your report.
The new-client intake form collects what it asks for on the page, including your name and cell number.
I use your email to send the report you asked for, and I may follow up about it. If you say no thanks, that is the end of it. If you use the app, I use your POS and invoice data to run it and your weekly numbers. That data stays in the product. It is not a marketing list.
Payments are processed by Stripe; I never see your card. Toast reports and invoices you forward are used only to run your numbers.
Giving me your cell on the intake form is you asking me to text you about your account. Reply STOP any time and I will not text you again. Standard message and data rates apply. I do not send marketing blasts and I never share or sell your number.
I do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone. I do not run advertising pixels or trackers that follow you around. Site analytics are cookieless and count page views only. If you scanned a postcard, the code in that QR tells me which shop it was — that is the point of it, and it is the only way I know a card worked.

If you become a customer, I keep the ordinary business records any company has to keep — invoices, what we agreed, what I built. Those are governed by tax and accounting rules, not this page.
