Short version: I use it to build you a mockup, to talk to you about it, and — if you buy the app — to run your numbers. Nothing else. I am one person running a pizzeria, not an ad network.
Your name, your shop’s name, your cell number, and your city. If you scanned a postcard, the form also passes along a short code identifying which card you scanned, so I know who I am talking to. There is a hidden anti-spam field you never see. That is all of it. It arrives as an email to me and is stored by Netlify, who host this site.
I text or call you about the mockup or the app you asked for. If you say no thanks, that is the end of it — I do not keep a list to work later, and I do not send campaigns. If you buy the $349, I use your POS and invoice data to run the app and the Monday. That data stays in the product. It is not a marketing list.
Giving me your cell is you asking me to text you about your mockup. Reply STOP any time and I will not text you again. Standard message and data rates apply. I do not send marketing blasts and I never share or sell your number.
I do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone. I do not run advertising pixels or trackers that follow you around. Site analytics are cookieless and count page views only. If you scanned a postcard, the code in that QR tells me which shop it was — that is the point of it, and it is the only way I know a card worked.
Text or email me and I will delete everything I hold about you. No form, no process.
If you become a customer, I keep the ordinary business records any company has to keep — invoices, what we agreed, what I built. Those are governed by tax and accounting rules, not this page.
